Delivery Information

Delivery Charges
We deliver to the UK and Ireland. For orders less than £100 a delivery charge of £8.50 applies within Ireland (North and South) and £9.50 to mainland UK. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders of £100 or more.

Delivery Method
We utilise a next day delivery service with TNT Express, (national couriers) to deliver your order to your home or workplace within 24 hours of despatch.

Delivery Days & Times
We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays, depending on when you place your order. The earliest delivery date available is usually three working days from the date you place your order.

For example:

If you place your order before 4.30pm on Monday, you will receive your order on Thursday
If you place your order before 4.30pm on Tuesday you will receive your order on Friday
Any orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday will be delivered on the next Wednesday

Your order will be delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm on your respective delivery day. If you think that you or someone else may not be in during this time please leave details of a safe place where the order can be left. For example: Leave with a neighbour, leave in the garage or leave at the back door. See screenshot below.

We can also arrange for your purchase to be delivered to your workplace for you. In this instance please ensure that you "Add Comments About Your Order" during the delivery Information step of the Checkout Process. See screenshot below.

Delivery Packaging
Your order will be packed in specially designed packaging to ensure that it arrives with you in the same fresh, chilled condition that it left our shop.
