Our Team at Quails

Quails is truly a family owned and operated business. These days, however the 'family' has grown quite considerably. The staff at Quails have been described as "friendly", "admirably attentive" and many customers feel it is "lovely to be so well looked after" These sentiments summarise the work ethos at Quails perfectly.

Staff are trained in-house and at local training centres continuously, in order to exceed the standards that all customers have come to expect.

Thanks to the hard work and enthusiasm of the staff team, Quails have earned many prestigious awards recognising their dedication and commitment to good food and service.

In 2008 Quails received their first Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods for their Baked Ham (which is available to purchase online). The Guild of Fine Food is the UK trade association for anyone making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink. Almost 5000 products are judged in these annual awards in five locations over 24 days. The Great Taste Awards from the Guild of fine Food are the acknowledged benchmark for speciality food and drink.
