Our Team at Quail's
Quail's is truly a family owned and operated business. These days, however the 'family' has grown quite considerably. The staff at Quail's have been described as "friendly", "admirably attentive" and many customers feel it is "lovely to be so well looked after" These sentiments summarise the work ethos at Quail's perfectly.

Staff are trained in-house and at local training centres continuously, in order to exceed the standards that all customers have come to expect.

Thanks to the hard work and enthusiasm of the staff team, Quail's have earned many prestigious awards recognising their dedication and commitment to good food and service.

In 2008 Quails received a coveted Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods for their Baked Ham (which is available to purchase online. The Guild of Fine Food is the UK trade association for anyone making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink. Almost 4800 products were judged in this year's awards and involved over 160 experts in five locations over 24 days. Now in its 15th year the Great Taste Awards from the Guild of fine Food are the acknowledged benchmark for speciality food and drink. From 2000 to 2008, Quils have received The Bridgestone Award. The Best in Ireland as Recommended by John & Sally McKenna's Bridgestone Guides.

2000 Business Excellence Awards in recognition of outstanding achievements in respect of Best Retail Business. Presented by LEDU and Banbridge District Council. 1990 Runner up in the Country Living Magazine and Torres Wines Competition to find the best independent food shops in Britain.
