Our 28 day Himalayan Salt Aged Ribeye steaks are produced form the finest Limousn heifers that we can source, they are then traditionally dry aged in full carcase form in our Himalayan salt chamber for 1 month or over.
This ensures a better flavour and much more tenderness and juiciness as the beef ’s natural enzymes have had time to enhance the steaks.
