Our 28 day Himalayan salt aged Fillet steaks, are produced from the finest Limousin heifers that we can source. They are traditionally dry aged in full carcase form in our Himalayan salt chamber for 1 month or over.
This ensures a better flavour and much more tenderness and juiciness as the beef's natural enzymes have had time to enhance the steaks.
