Our 28 day Himalayan salt aged Sirloin steaks , are produced form the finest Limousn heifers that we can source, they are then traditionally dry aged in full carcase form in our Himalayan salt chamber for 1 month or over.
This ensures a better flavour and much more tenderness and Juicness as the beef natural enzymes have been time to enhance the steak.
Our sirloins were the only sirloin to achieve the maximum 3 stars at the Great taste Awards 2014.
